To be baptized in the Holy Spirit is to be fully saturated. When you are saturated by the Holy Spirit like the apostles were on the Day of Pentecost, you will go from observer to all-in child of God, ready for service. When God reveals Himself to you in this way, you can’t help but want to serve Him. This is clearly evidenced by the change in Peter in Acts 2. This is the same Peter who had denied Jesus three times. Now, full of the Holy Spirit, he is preaching boldly and the result is three thousand people repenting and giving their lives to Jesus Christ!
