Worldly wisdom is self-centered and consumed with personal ambition. “Earthly” means not from God. “Natural” means it is based only on experience. “Demonic” means “of the devil” in the Greek. When you are walking with worldly wisdom, you are playing into the devil’s hand. His goal is to steal, kill, and destroy (Ephesians 2:1-3). It all started in the Garden (Gen. 3:1-7). The devil wants to bring death and separation from God. Be careful to find the right wisdom!
